One of the many reasons why Kristen is able to connect and relate to people from all over the world is through her diverse background. She was born in Seoul, Korea, raised in Bellevue, Washington and later studied International Relations at Boston University and has been a New York apartment owner and investor for the past 22 years.

Drawing from a previous career in advertising and public relations, Kristen brings a personable approach and business savvy to each of her clients. Trustworthiness, professionalism, discretion and patience are of paramount importance to her as she serves each transaction as if it were her own home. Many clients have found her expertise in renovations extremely helpful by ensuring a smooth transition into their new homes or by adding the perfect finishing touches to an investment property.

Kristen has exceptional knowledge of neighborhood buildings and streets throughout the city. She is a New York City enthusiast and is involved in variety of community activities in her Upper West Side community. Her passion for real estate was sparked early on by her father, a real estate developer on the West Coast.

When not at work, you will find her at a basketball game cheering on her boys or at a NY Knicks or Brooklyn Nets game.
